Nikhil Nilakantan is the Founder & Principal Consultant at Inventive Path LLC. Nikhil is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Social Span Media LLC, an interactive media company that specializes in creating cutting edge social networking applications and online communities for the always on, always connected consumer. With more than nine years of global experience including work for Fortune 500 companies such as Texas Instruments, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft, Nikhil has held various roles in Product Strategy, Product Management & Quality Assurance.

While at Texas Instruments Inc. Nikhil was one of the lead Product Managers for the TI-Nspire (TM) handheld product family which he helped design and launch world wide. Aside from his extensive corporate experience, Nikhil holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from SMU’s Cox School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology. Nikhil also has three software design patents pending with the US Patent office.
